Anxiety feels a bit like fear, however usually you know what causes your fear, often it is difficult to identify what you are anxious about. Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling - severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating.

Anxiety and feeling anxious can help you identify a threat in your life, and it can assist you to take action. However, anxiety can also produce less than desirable symptoms in your daily life and when untreated can lead to difficulty coping and getting through your day.
